Mar 9, 2010 - I just bought Clara's cookbook. In addition to good tasting, simple recipes, there's a lot of wisdom in this book as well. Even in these tough times, we're pretty fortunate compared to those that lived in through the 1930's.. She reminds me of my great-grandmother, who used to be able to make a great meal from practically nothing.
